Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. Back to Top

Can I return an item ?
Within 10 days after receipt of merchandise, you may return for credit, however you must contact us for a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). A re-stocking charge may apply.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.Back to Top

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 2-7 days. We can only ship Federal Express if you have an account with them. Large orders are shipped via common carrier (trucking company) and may take up to 7 - 10 days to arrive. Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses. Back to Top

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination. We use both UPS and Federal Express shipping computers which automatically figure the freight amount for every destination. Appropriate insurance is added. Back to Top
